Prime Day is coming up quick, and if you haven’t made a shopping plan yet, we’re here to help. There are literally thousands of products on sale during Amazon’s 2-day shopping event, but not all of those will actually be good deals. As a shopping enthusiast, I’ve put together a list of product categories I think are worth your attention and money this Prime Day.

1. Robot Vacuums

We always see great discounts on robovacs during deals events, and this Prime Day should be no different.

If we’re basing predictions on previous Prime Days, we can expect impressive models from our favorite brands to go for under $400. That means that you can get smart mapping, obstacle avoidance, self-emptying, and even mopping from brands like iRobot Roomba and Shark at a relatively budget-friendly price.

2. Headphones

I’m also guessing we’ll see pretty decent discounts on new and flagship headphone models from Bose, Sony, Beats, and more. Whether you’re on the hunt for over-ear headphones with stellar active noise cancellation or just want an affordable pair of earbuds you can toss in your bag when you’re on the go, we might even see AirPods take a price dip.

3. TVs

While the best time to buy a TV at a discount is Black Friday or during the lead-up to a particularly big football game in February, I suspect we’ll see decent price drops from brands like LG, Sony, and Samsung. However, Amazon might not be the best place to shop for TVs on Prime Day. Competing sales at trusted TV retailers such as Best Buy will probably have better selections.

4. Kitchen Appliances

If you’re late to the air fryer game or want to finally splurge on the viral Ninja Creami, Prime Day is an excellent time to shop for small kitchen appliances. You’ll also find price cuts on everyday kitchen essentials such as reusable food storage bags and utensils.

5. Amazon Devices

And of course, how could I not talk about Amazon devices going on sale during Amazon Prime Day? Echo speakers, Fire tablets, and Kindles typically see record low prices during Amazon’s flagship sale. Though with Kindles growing in popularity in the last year or two, I don’t think we’ll see as steep of discounts as we saw in years past.
